What is Beadtree

Beadtree or Sendan in Japanese (scientific name: Melia azedarach) is native to Japan, China and West Asia, and it is deciduous tall trees of the family Meliaceae. In early summer, It makes a lot of light purple florets bloom to the flower stalk (double strain inflorescence). The leaves are green, fall in autumn. After the flowers the fruits become beaded and become ripe from green , yellowish brown to cream. The fruit will remain for a while after leaf falling. Unfortunately, the fruit has a bad smell. The one with good incense is for sandalwood (Scientific name: Santalum album). Trees are used for planting park trees and garden trees, materials for furniture and instruments, wood fish, etc, fruits · bark · root skin is used for anthelmintics.
There is a story that "wrapping is better than Futaba". It is used in the sense that it has a fragrance from the time of young buds, turning out that those with ability are outstanding from childhood. However, it says Indian sandalwood(Scientific name: Santalum album) as wolfberry in Chinese name, it is not this species. Also, indian sandalwood does not smell at the time of young(futaba), so its stuff also has errors.
