What is Helichrysum petiolare

Helichrysum petiolare is a native of South Africa, and is a semi-cold resistant evergreen sub-shrub of the family Asteraceae. It is a foliage plant mainly enjoying silver-white leaves. From June to July, inflorescences are extended from the tip of a long flower stem and flowers are blooming. The flower is a yellow part in the center, and what you see white to pale yellow flowers is total bract pieces, not much worth seeing. It looks silver white as the white hair gathers on the foliage. I prefer a dry place as it is native to Africa. It is used for ground covering and fishing planting.
