Epidendrum (Latin name:Epidendrum) is run non-cold-resistant Evergreen perennial native to Central and South America. Cattleya species, with lots of colourful flowers bloom in the summer, flower from spring. Epitaxial (epi) is "trees"-words or compound was made in Dundrum (dendrum) to "on", "tree", i.e. epiphytic species is.
