What is Albizia julibrissin
Albizia julibrissin,Persian silk tree or Pink siris (scientific name: Albizia julibrissin) is a native of Japan and South Asia, and it is a deciduous small and tall tree of the family Fabaceae. In early summer, a lot of peach stamens gather and hemispherical flowers bloom. In the evening, I will sleep the leaves together. Although it is a leguminaceae, the flowers do not have the butterfly shape unique to the legume family, they are alternating with even number of feathered compound leaves. When dried, the bark turns into a herbal medicine called gouganhi, which is used as a back pain or sedation agent.
