Gleditsia sinensis

Gleditsia sinensis ,American Honeylocust、Bigspine Honeylocust,、Common Honeylocust、Chinese Honey Locust (Gleditsia sinensis) is native to China. It is a deciduous tree of the family, Fabaceae. Sharp spines on trunks and branches are branched and sharply pointed at the tips. It produces white to pale yellow flowers in the spring and early summer. In autumn, after flowering, it produces hard gray bean fruits.
