Rose 'Pink Mothersday'

The rose 'Pink Mothersday' (scientific name: Roza cv. Pink Mothersday) is a horticultural cultivar developed in Japan. It is a color variation of the red rose cultivar 'Mothersday', which belongs to the small shrub species "rose" (family Rosaceae, genus Rosa).
It is also known by the alternative name "Happy Mothersday".

The plant grows to a height of 50 to 65 cm and has an upright, spreading form. The thorns are typical in size.
It belongs to the Polyantha Rose (POL) group and was bred in Japan in 2014.
It is a miniature rose type, with semi-double cup-shaped flowers measuring 4 to 4.5 cm in diameter. These small, slightly fragrant flowers bloom repeatedly throughout the seasons, with several to a dozen or so forming in clusters.
The flowers start as a pale pink and gradually fade to white.
It is suitable for container or garden planting.
