Spilanthes americana or Numatsurugiku (scientific name: Spilanthes americana) is a natural plant originating in North America, is one or two year's plant of the family Asteraceae. It is a wildflower found in field and paddy fields. The stem has a reddish brown color. Leaves are dark green and born alive. From a thin stem tip, one flower of small flowers will bloom from autumn to early winter. Flowers are composed of an orange tubular flower whose center part is raised and a yellow tongue-like flower in the surroundings.
