Vicia fauriei or Tsugaru fuji scientific name: Vicia fauriei) is a perennial plant in the legume family Fabaceae native to Japan. It grows naturally on the margins of forests in the mountains of Hokkaido and Tohoku (Aomori, Miyagi and Niigata). It has no curly beard and is not tendril-like.
