What is Miyama goldenrod

Miyama goldenrod (scientific name: Solidago virgaurea subsp. Leiocarpa) is native to Japan and Northeast Asia,
It is an alpine perennial plant of the family Asteraceae.
It grows naturally on subalpine and alpine meadows and gravels in Hokkaido to central Honshu, Japan.
From summer to autumn, the inflorescences are extended and the yellow head flowers of about 1.5 cm in diameter are densely bloomed.
