Lotus bertheloti common name parrot's beak, Perican's beak, (scientific name: Lotus berthelotii) is an endemic species fromVerde iland of the Canary Islands and is a non-cold perennial plant of the family. The plant height lowers and spreads sideways. It is a silver leaf which made a pine needle like a Artemisia schmidtiana. Since the leaf is covered with silvery fur, it looks silver. It features a bird's beak shaped and red vermilion color. Flower language is "hot love". It is McLathus (L. maculatus) from the Canary Islands Tenerife iland, that makes yellow flowers bloom.
