Patrinia scabiosifolia or ominaeshi (scientific name: Patrinia scabiosifolia) is a species of flowering plant in Japan, eastern Native to Siberia, it is a perennial plant in the family Caprifoliaceae(←Valerianaceae). It is one of the seven autumnal flowers and has yellow flowers. The flowers grow in inflorescences at the tips of the flower stalks that emerge from between the rhizome leaves and bear many small flowers. After the flowers, a hairy spur is formed on the upper end of the fruit.
