Phlox paniculata (scientific name: Phlox paniculata) is a perennial plant in the genus Phlox of the family Polemoniaceae, native to the central and eastern United States and eastern Canada.
It is also known by the alternative names Oiran-sou (Oiran grass), perennial phlox, and Kusakyochitō (grass oleander).

It grows to a height of 50–100 cm. The stems are stiff and erect.
From June to September, it produces panicles at the tips of its flower stalks, bearing about 10 round flowers, each approximately 2 cm in diameter. The flowers come in white and pink.
It is used in flower beds and as a cut flower.
