Lactarius volemus or Chichitake (scientific name: Lactarius volemus) is a mushroom of the family Russulaceae. It is characterized by having milky white matter (latex). It is an edible mushroom to be clustered under the beech forest in the summer. It has a reddish brown color, and if you stir it with oil, you will get a good soup. Uses are buckwheat juice, cooked rice etc. It is a mushroom that is inserted in the Astilbe microphyll.
