What is Michelia yunnanensis
Michelia yunnanensis or (Yunnan zhuling tree(scientific name: Michelia yunnanensis) is an evergreen tall tree belonging to the Michelia genus of the family Magnoliaceae native to China. It grows wild in the mountains of Yunnan Province. The tree is 200-400 cm tall. Its twigs and leaves are densely packed together. In spring, it produces numerous fragrant white flowers from the leaf axils. It is used in perfumes.
