Cauliflory

"Cauliflory" refers to the phenomenon commonly observed in tropical forest regions where plants bear flowers or fruits directly on the main stem or trunk. Depending on where the flowers or fruits are borne, they are categorized into different types: those growing on the stem are called "cauliflora," those fruiting only on the main trunk are termed "trunciflora," and those fruiting exclusively on large trunks are known as "ramiflora."
